Jubilee of Trees returns for its 10th year!
ST. GEORGE – From humble beginnings in 1981, to generating $6 million over the last 10 years, the Jubilee of Trees has become the largest showcase of custom-designed Christmas trees and wreaths between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas and a powerhouse fundraiser for Intermountain Healthcare’s Dixie Regional Medical Center. The 2013 Jubilee opens this week, with its fundraising theme of “In the Blink of an Eye,” because that’s how life changes. The goal aims to bring Trauma II Services, especially for severe head, spinal and other neurological injuries, to Intermountain Healthcare’s Dixie Regional Medical Center.
The Foundation of Dixie Regional Medical Center is equally grateful for the dedication of its volunteers and proudly announces the 2013 leadership of the annual Jubilee of Trees fundraising event. The leadership—collectively known as the Jubilee of Trees Executive Council—places its heart, soul and elbow grease into heading the five-day event to generate philanthropy in support of healthcare advancements at Dixie Regional Medical Center. The Jubilee is the largest showcase of designer trees between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, and one of the southwestern Utah’s most beloved holiday venues.
