Breakfast Hours: 6:30am – 10:00am daily located in the first home on the northeast corner of the hotel property.
Breakfast Menu: Our Full Hot Breakfast consists of eggs, Belgium waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage, bacon, country potatoes, a variety of bagels and English muffins, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals and an assortment of juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Please remember that our breakfast is all you can eat, so don’t hesitate to ask for 2nds or 3rds.
Coffee Station: A coffee station is located in the lobby free of charge. Hours are 7:00am to 11am.
Bottled Water: Bottled water is available for sale in our gift shop or in each of the vending machines located in the center walkway on both upstairs and downstairs levels.
Bank/ATM: The closest ATM is located across the street at the Maverick gas station.
Credit Cards: Accepted cards are: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Exercise Room: Hours are from 6:00am to 11:00pm. Located on the eastside, second floor by the walkway. It is equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, and dumbbells.
Fax & Copy Services: 24 hour fax and copy services are available at the front desk, charges may apply.
Fire Emergency: The hotel is fully equipped with modern fire prevention devices.
Internet Service: 24-hour wireless assistance is available at 888-654-5319. Password available at front desk. A computer and printer is available in the lobby for guest use.
Laundry: A coin-operated guest laundry is open from 8:00am – 10:00pm, detergent and dryer sheets are available. Quarters are available at the front desk.
Luggage: Luggage assistance available through the front desk; temporary storage is available 24 hours, without charge.
Normal Services: Extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. are available without charge, through the front desk, 24 hours a day.
Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. There is a $250 charge, per night, for smoking in a guest room.
Pet Policy: We only accept dogs in our pet friendly rooms. For the convenience of guest’s with sensitivity to pet dander and to help us provide the most clean and sanitary accommodations. There is a $250 cleaning charge, per night, for pets brought into a non pet friendly guest room.
Postage/Mail: Postage is available at current postage rates at the front desk. Outgoing mail is picked up before 12:00pm each day. The U.S. Post Office is located at 333 N. Main Street. Contact front desk for directions.
Room Service: Sorry we do not offer room service. However, there are many restaurants that do deliver and are part of the K3 delivery service. A K3 delivery guide is available at the front desk. K3 delivery’s phone number is 435-592-5563.
TV Channels: Our channel lineup changes often. Please contact the front desk for a printed copy of our current lineup. Sorry we do not offer in-room movies; however, we do offer a movie channel as part of our channel lineup.
Safety Deposit Boxes: Please do not leave money or valuables in your room. Under Utah state law the hotel will not be held responsible for the loss of articles unless properly secured in the safety deposit box located at the front desk. For the security of your valuables, please let us be of service.
Toiletries: At no charge we have forgotten travel necessities available, such as razors, toothpaste, mending kits, etc.
Swimming Pools: We have an indoor pool and spa. Our indoor pool and spa are heated year-round and located in a separate building at the back-northwest corner of the property. See property map. Our swimming pool is open 8:00am to 11:00pm. A guardian must accompany children. No glass on premises. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Pool towels and restrooms are available in the pool building.
Transportation: We will be happy to arrange for taxi service or make recommendations concerning your transportation needs.
Gift Shop, Vending, Ice: Our gift shop is located in the Lobby. Our gift shop includes snacks, drinks, frozen dinners, ice cream, everyday convenience items, medication and more. Ice and soda vending are located in the walkway on both first and second floors. See the property map.
Worship Services: A listing of area worship services is provided in the phone book. The front desk staff is also willing to help you with directions if needed.
Security: Your safety and security are of the utmost concern to those of us who welcome you as our guest.
If a security need arises, please contact the front desk for immediate attention.
- Do not answer the door of your room without verifying who is there. If a person claims to be an employee, call the front desk and ask if someone from the staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose.
- When leaving your room late in the evening, be observant and look around before entering parking lots and before leaving your vehicle.
- Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use all of the locking devices provided.
- Do not needlessly display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on restaurant tables, at the swimming pool, or other places where they might be stolen.
- Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
- Do not invite strangers to your room for any reason.
- Place all valuables in the hotel or motel safe deposit box. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
- Check to see that any sliding glass doors or windows and any connecting room doors are locked.
- If you are traveling with children, provide adult supervision and know their whereabouts at all times.
- If you see any suspicious activity, please report your observations to the management.

- We recycle our toner cartridges, batteries, and office paper.
We invite you to join us in our Green program. Here are some ways you can participate during your stay.
- Participate in the linen reuse program using the cards provided in your room.
- Turn off the lights and television when not in use.
- Turn off the water while brushing your teeth or shaving.
- Choose “limited housekeeping service” during your stay. The staff will still make the beds, remove trash and vacuum each day. Or you may choose “No-Service”.
- At check out, choose to have your receipt e-mailed instead of printed.
